I have a 5W flexible solar panel that I bought from www.solarcentury.co.uk for about ninety pounds. It is designed for charging car batteries and so puts out about 14 to 17V. In bright sunshine the current can be as much as 350mA so it really does give 5W unlike some solar panels. So far it has proved extremely durable, completely waterproof and resistant to moderate bending and abuse. It weighs about 500g. |
