Pickled Nasturtium Seeds Recipe

Pick the seeds on a dry day. Place in jars and fill the jars with vinegar. Pour the vinegar off again through a sieve into a jug. To every pint of vinegar add a ½ ounce of salt and 6 peppercorns. Boil this mixture for ten minutes, then pour back into the jars and seal.

Ready to use after three months, can be used in place of capers.
